Virtual Office Solutions has partnered with VA Institute to provide a white label service to offer Virtual Reception as a silent partner to you and your virtual assistant business.

This means you can take on clients who require Virtual Reception and simply use our service in the background or you can do a straight referral.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have a client who requires Virtual Reception as a service, we can help. 

You have two options:

  1. Refer the client to us directly and we will invoice them and work direct…OR
  2. White label our service, where we will invoice you for the service and you on-charge your client. This then gives you the opportunity to earn some income without needing to provide the service. Your client won’t know we even exist!

Either way a win-win for your business and your client!

STEP 1

Once you have a client who requires Virtual Reception as a service, simply decide if you want to refer the client to us OR white label the service.

STEP 2

Click on the button below to fill in the details. We will need your client’s information including a bit about their business and their voicemail script. 

STEP 3

Either you or your client will sign the contract and pay the setup invoice.

STEP 4

Once all this is completed, it takes approximately 48 hours to get the line setup and active (Depending on current wait lists) We then start answering the calls and sending through messages!

  • Start up fee for each client –  $99 + GST (save $100!) 
  • Weekly service fee per client – $10 + GST
  • Message taking service = $50 per hour + GST (no minimum charge)
