Lisa Collie has over 13 years experience in administration management, sales and customer service. She started her Administration career in the RNZAF and was a Senior Administrator when leaving; it provided her with strong communication and organizational skills both in person and on the phone. Lisa is a wife and mother of 3. Work / life balance is very important to her so she endeavors to ensure her clients get the flexibility they deserve.

Lisa’s experience includes but isn’t limited to typing, reception duties, data entry, appointment setting. Lisa prides herself in her ability to handle a variety of different situations with professionalism and a pleasant phone manner. Having worked primarily from her home based office for three years, Lisa has gained invaluable time management skills. Lisa has worked with large education unions scheduling and planning a weekly roster using databases and Excel spreadsheets and overseeing a number of other Virtual Assistants. Lisa has excellent communication skills and has knowledge of all computer programs essential for a receptionist position, as a Personal Assistant she oversees the other receptionists giving information, training and support.
