We very often are asked about more than one of our services and in this case we like to be able to provide a cost effective solution to our clients. We have now created Packages for our clients that give the opportunity to bundle the services they require into one monthly service fee that is discounted from the usual set hourly rate. This is a more effective way to work as it not only allows our clients to budget their monthly invoice from VOS, it also allows VOS VA’s to budget their workings etc too.
There are many more services we offer. If you need it we can almost certainly provide it and if we can’t, we sure will know someone who can and would be delightfully happy to refer you on, knowing that you are in exceptional hands, as we only deal with the best!
All of this would be discussed during an initial 30 min Complimentary Service Consultation with our Director. This is usually conducted via Skype or phone but of course if you are local to the Sunshine Coast in QLD you are more than welcome to come into our office upon invitation to have this consultation face to face with our Director. During this session a package can be designed specifically for you and your business needs. It would be a this time that we would be able to quote based on your needs.
This package is designed for small business’ with low call rates. This is a basic message taking service where our Receptionists will answer the calls in your company name, take a message and email to you using an internal email template set up for your specific message needs. There is no limited on the amount of calls our clients can receive with this package.
This package has been designed with the independently owned business’ in mind. Clients on the Emerald Package can receive up to 100 calls a month. Receptionists will answer the calls in your company name, take a message and email or sms to you using an internal email template set up for your specific message needs.
The Ruby Package is a special package designed for Business’ who receive ever changing amounts of calls (this is usually tradies, hairdressing, doctors, beauty, specialist clinics etc). Receptionists will answer the calls in your company name, take a message and email or sms to you using an internal email template set up for your specific message needs. Clients on this package also have the added benefit of having calls transferred to staff using landlines or mobile numbers. This package will be quoted on the amount of incoming calls the client would like to opt in for and can range from 50 calls a month to 1000.
The Sapphire Package is the most popular package as it is a complete customer service package. In this package, our clients receive all the same benefits as in the Ruby Package but with the added benefit of appointment setting using our on-line calendar system (or yours on approval from us) and the ability to have your receptionists make outbound calls that can be used for confirming appointments, calling clients back etc. *Please note these are not outbound sales calls as we are not telemarketers*
As Virtual Assistants we often have clients who require more than 1 service. This package has been created after client feedback that they would like to use more than one service and receive discount for doing so. With the Sapphire + package our clients will receive the Sapphire package plus any other service we offer at a discounted rate. The more services you use and bundle, the higher the discount!
