Tina Shead

Insurance, Legal & Quality Control & Receptionist

Tina has extensive experience in office management, administration and insurance/legal quality control/proof reading, and has gained this experience whilst working for Law firms and an Insurance Investigative Company within Queensland for the last 13 years in the role of Queensland Workers' Compensation Manager. 


Her main key areas of expertise are secretarial duties (including: minutes of meeting and meeting arrangements, diary management, travel arrangements, any nature of typing – spreadsheets, presentations, letters, manuals, transcriptions and data entry; quality control and file management (including: proofing and editing, tender documents, contracts and assignments); digital transcribing of statements/documents from recordings and compiling of quality reports from information provided within the insurance/legal profession. 


Having worked in busy insurance investigative and legal organisations, Tina has an excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, an excellent telephone manner and can work in fast-paced, highly pressurised environments calmly and efficiently to meet strict timelines. She can also work effectively one-on-one with executive level, managing their daily workload.
