Jo Rolfe

Virtual Office Asistant & Rceceptionist

Jo Rolfe has 10 years’ experience working in Administration and 5 years’ experience working in various Libraries. She decided to utilise her experience and skills into becoming a Virtual Assistant. Jo has extensive experience working for different Queensland Government Departments and private companies whether in Administration or Library; such as Government House, Department of Main Roads Library, BP Australia, Clayton Utz Lawyers Library and Australian Aerospace to name a few.

Her credentials include Certificate 3 in Business Administration (2001) and a Diploma in Library/Information Services (2006).

Jo generally loves all administration work but has a love for internet research, finding that problem and solving it. Or whether it’s that mail merge letter that needs to be done in a hurry or data entry that is done with an eye for detail, Jo can do the job.

Jo has a high professional and work ethic, gets great satisfaction from getting the job done, is very organised and very proactive.
